Shipping Carriers
Orders ship via UPS or USPS, and we always choose the most efficient and cost-effective shipping option available.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer simple flat-rate shipping based on the total weight of your order:
- Orders up to 5 pounds: $9.99 shipping
- Orders 5–15 pounds: $12.99 shipping
- Orders 15–25 pounds: $19.99 shipping
- Orders over 25 pounds: $29.99 shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart.
Bulk Item Packing Options
At checkout, you’ll see an option for how you’d like your bulk items packed:

YES – “Save bags & time – Pack same products together”
Identical products will be packed together in the same bag. -
NO – “Keep sizes separate – Pack same products individually”
Each product will be packed in its own bag based on size. - Doesn’t apply to my order
If no option is selected, identical items will automatically be packed together to save bags, reduce waste, and streamline packing.
