The Food Mill is a family owned business and it is important to us that our customers feel they are treated as family. We always want you to feel safe ordering from us knowing that we care about your well-being.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, or unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thefoodmill.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item in the same condition , we will issue a refund to the same form of payment used. Most refunds will appear back to your account within 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

ITEMS NO LONGER IN STOCK-
Since we are human and errors do happen- there is a chance that an item you purchased is unfortunately no longer available. If that does happens we do apologize and will automatically refund you your money for that item.
