Organic Date Sugar is made from high-quality dates that are carefully dehydrated and finely ground. Unlike refined sugars, date sugar does not dissolve completely, making it ideal for recipes where a granular texture is desired. This natural sweetener is prepared from California Deglet Noor dates that are clean, pitted, and fully mature.

Date sugar works especially well in baked goods and dry mixes. It adds a mild, caramel-like sweetness and can be used as a substitute for brown sugar in many recipes. Common uses include crumb toppings, fillings, cereals, cakes, breads, muffins, crackers, cookies, and pies.

Directions:
Use in recipes that do not require the sugar to fully dissolve. May be used in place of brown sugar in baking and dry applications.

Ingredients:
Dried dates, apple fiber (to prevent caking).
