NOW Flax Oil is made from organically grown flax seeds and carefully processed to preserve its natural nutrient profile. This oil is non-GMO, cold-pressed, and unrefined, helping maintain the qualities naturally found in whole flax seeds. It is a rich source of essential fatty acids, including omega-3s, primarily alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

The flax seeds are first screened to remove impurities before being cold expeller-pressed to extract the oil without the use of heat or solvents. The oil is then gently filtered, and a small amount of antioxidant blend is added to help maintain freshness and stability.
