Wild Uva Ursi, also known as Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, is a plant whose leaves are often used in herbal medicine. The cut and sifted version means that the leaves have been dried, chopped, and sifted into smaller pieces for easier use. Uva Ursi is commonly used as a natural remedy for urinary tract issues, as it has mild diuretic properties and is believed to help with conditions like urinary tract infections (UTIs) and kidney stones.

It's usually brewed into a tea, although it can also be found in capsules or as an extract. However, it's important to note that Uva Ursi should be used with caution and typically for short periods of time, as it can be quite strong. Always check with a healthcare professional before using it regularly.
